The Highly Skilled Migrant Visa  is tailored for talented professionals with specialized skills, enabling a immigration to the Netherlands. Employers must be IND-recognized sponsors to hire highly skilled migrants.  

Key Requirements  

– A valid employment contract with a Dutch company or research institute listed in the IND recognized sponsor list.  

– Meeting the minimum gross salary threshold (varies depending on age and situation).  

– Possession of a valid passport and relevant qualifications for the position.  

There are some exemptions for Turkish citizens and family members like having a recognized sponsor does not apply to Turkish employees. You can apply for these residence permits with employment contract from a sponsor not in the list of IND recognized sponsors.
